老年急性结石性胆囊炎 围手术期 护理干预AbstractObjectiveto analyze the effect of nursing intervention in the perioperative period of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis. Methodsin our hospital in February 2012 to 2014 March received the elderly patients with acute calculous cholecystitis in 160 cases，into the study group and thecontrol group，all 80 cases，the control group used routine nursing，the research group on the base of routine nursing increased preoperative andpostoperative nursing intervention. In the two groups of patients，the average operation time，postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal function，postoperative complications and hospital stay were recorded and observed. Resultsthe recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospital stay in thestudy group were significantly less than those in the control group （P< 0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications was 3.75% in the study group，the control group was 21.25%，the difference was statistically significant （P< 0.05
