摘要
Thefocusingofaradiallypolarizedbeamwithoutannularapodizationoraphasefilterattheentrancepupiloftheobjectiveresultsinawidefocusandlowpurityofthelongitudinallypolarizedcomponent.However,thepresenceofaphysicalannularapodizationorphasefiltermakessomeapplicationsmoredifficultorevenimpossible.Weproposearadiallypolarizedandamplitude-modulatedannularmulti-Gaussianbeammode.Numericalsimulationshowsthatitcanbefocusedintoasharperfocalspotof0.125λ~2withoutadditionalapodizationsorfilters.Thebeamqualitydescribingthepurityoflongitudinallypolarizedcomponentisupto86%.
