摘要 AcollaborativevirtualmodelingenvironmentbasedonVRMLispresentedasasugarcaneharvestermodelingframework,andisillustratedwiththeimplementedsoftwarethatcanusingI_DEAS,Smarteam,andConceptualInnovationDesignSystem(CIDS)asthesupportingplatform,whichispowerfulenoughtomeetthedemandsofdifferentreallifeapplications.Itispossibletoperformcollaborativeinteractivemodificationswithconcurrentsynchronousvisualizationateachclientcomputerwithanyrequiredlevelofdetail.Theplatformprovidesaproductmodelingandassemblingenvironment,andtheproductdataamongI_DEAS,SmarteamandCIDScanbeexchanged.
