摘要
62patientswithtraumaticparaplegiaweretreatedwithacupuncture(GovernorVesselelectro-stimulation),accordingtothetheoriesofTCMsuchasdredgingthemeridians,regu-latingvitalenergyandblood,improvingbloodcirculation,reinforcingmarrowandreplenishingbrain.Theeffectofacupunctureonurinarybladderdisturbancewasstudied.Theresultsindicatedthattotaleffectratewas96.8%(Ⅰ—Ⅲ),markedeffectratewas66.1%(Ⅰ—Ⅱ).Themarkedeffectrateincompleteparaplegiawassignificantlydifferentfromthatinimcompleteparaplegia;itwas63.0%and87.5%respectively.Furthermore,theresultssuggestedthatthedegreeofspinalcordinjurywasveryimprotantfactorthataffectedtheeffectofacupuncturetherapy.
