Parameter estimation and reliable fault detection of electric motors

摘要 Accuratemodelidentificationandfaultdetectionarenecessaryforreliablemotorcontrol.Motor-characterizingparametersexperiencesubstantialchangesduetoaging,motoroperatingconditions,andfaults.Consequently,motorparametersmustbeestimatedaccuratelyandreliablyduringoperation.Basedonenhancedmodelstructuresofelectricmotorsthataccommodatebothnormalandfaultymodes,thispaperintroducesbias-correctedleast-squares(LS)estimationalgorithmsthatincorporatefunctionsforcorrectingestimationbias,forgettingfactorsforcapturingsuddenfaults,andrecursivestructuresforefficientreal-timeimplementation.Permanentmagnetmotorsareusedasabenchmarktypeforconcretealgorithmdevelopmentandevaluation.Algorithmsarepresented,theirpropertiesareestablished,andtheiraccuracyandrobustnessareevaluatedbysimulationcasestudiesunderbothnormaloperationsandinter-turnwindingfaults.Implementationissuesfromdifferentmotorcontrolschemesarealsodiscussed.
