摘要
Themicrostructuralcharacteristicsandformabilityattheedgesoflowcarbonpickledsteelsheetshavebeeninvestigatedbasedonthegenerationofearingandcrackingdefectswhiledrawing.Themicrostructureoftheedgefeaturescoarsegrainsandmixedsizedgrains.Thestrengthofthesheetedgeisslightlylowerthanthatatthecenter.Besides,theformabilityisobviouslyworsened.Theplasticstrainratiosalongthelongitudinalandtransverseorientationsare0.31and0.6,respectively,withdistinctanisotropy.Theplasticstrainratioattheedgeisobviouslylowerthanthatatthemiddleofthesteelsheet.Theobservedmicrostructuralcharacteristicsandmechanicalpropertiesattheedgeofthesteelsheetcanbeattributedtothelowerrollingtemperatureinthetwo-phaseregionofpro-eutectoidferriteandaustenite.Thesedifferencesinmicrostructureandmechanicalpropertiesattheedgeofthesteelsheetleadtothegenerationofearingandcrackingdefectswhiledrawing.Themicrostructureandmechanicalpropertiesattheedgeoflowcarbonpickledsteelsheetscanbeimprovedviatheoptimizationoftherollingprocessandtheadjustmentofchemicalcomposition.
