摘要 Thedevelopmentofnewproductsofhighquality,lowunitcost,andshortleadtimetomarketarethekeyelementsrequiredforanyenterprisetoobtainacompetitiveadvantage.Thispartofthepaperpresentsamethodologytoautomaticallysimulatetheconceptualdesignresultsinthevirtualentityform.Totheidentifiedbasicmechanisms,theirkinematicanalysisiscarriedoutbymatchingbasicBarranovtrusses,andtheirvirtualentitiesaremodeledbasedonfeature-basedtechniqueandencapsulatedasonedesignobject.Basedonthestructuresofthebasicmechanismsandtheirconnections,aspacelayouttothemechanicalsystemcorrespondingtothesymbolicschemeisthenfulfilled.Withthepreset-assemblyapproach,allpartsinthemechanicalsystemareputontoproperpositionswheretheconstraintequationsaremetaccordingtothespacelayoutresults.Inthisway,thevirtualentityassemblymodelofthemechanicalsystemrelativetothesymbolicschemeissetup.Theapproachpresentedinthispapercannotonlyobtaininnovativeconceptualconceptualdesignresults,butalsocanevaluatetheirperformancesunder3-Denviromentefficently.
