摘要
ThegolddepositsofTriassicperiodinthenorthwesternGuangxiarealllocatedinthemarine,fine-grained,fragmentalrockseriescontainingorganicmatter,i.e.thedistributiondistrictsofblackrockseries.Thefine-grainedgolddepositsoccurinorganicmatter-bearingC,D,E,orD,EdivisionsoftheclassicalBoumasequences.Theevolutiondegreeoforganicmattersthroughoilwindowstagereachedtheover-maturedegree.Boththebio-sourcesoftheorganicmattersandthedistributionofgoldintheorganicmattersdisclosethecloseassociationbetweengold,livingbeingsandorganicmatters.Thethermalevolutionoforganicmattersledtothegoldtobeactivized,migratedandenriched,andfinallyformedgolddepositsinthefaultbeltandcrushedzoneofblackrockseries.
