摘要
Thepapergivesananalysisontechnicalcharacteristicsofrepairtechniquesforfrictionstirweldingdefects.Toovercomethedefects,anewrepairtechnique,inertiafrictionpullplugwelding(IFPPW),wasresearchedanditsequipmentwasdevelopedaswell.ElementarydatumwasachievedbyinvestigatingtheinfluencesoftechnologicalparametersonmechanicalpropertiesandbyanalyzingthestructuralcharacteristicsofrepairjointwithIFPPW.ThestudyshowsthatthestabilityandreliabilityofweldingprocessofIFPPWcanbeguaranteedthroughtheconstantenergyfromtheflywheel.Integratedwiththeadvantagesoffrictionpullplugwelding,theIFPPW,freefrombackanvil,isconsideredasapromisingtechniqueinrepairofterminationkeyholeofbobbintoolfrictionstirweldingandpoint-likedefectsinaluminumalloywelding.
