摘要 Speckleinterferometryisanefficientmethodtoanalyzeavibration.Incetrainconditions,thistechniquehassomeoutsandingadvantage,andneednotstrictshock-proofcondition,comparedwiththeholographicmethodformeasuringvibration,Therefors,itissuitabletoanayyzeavibrationwithalogaramplitude.Real-timeinterferometryisarapidandsimplemethodformeasuringvibrationofabody,givesspecklepatterncontainingamplitudedistributionofbody-surface.Bymeansoftime-averagedmethod.thespecklepatternisrecordedinFouriertransformplane.orvibra-tionlinesareseendirectlywitheyes,soastoanalyzeefficientlyampitude.phase,andmod-elofavibration.Thispaperdeducestheintensitydistributionfunctionwithreal-timemethod,andgivesexpermentaldemonstrationofvibrationbody-thevibrationlineswithdifferentfrequencies.
