摘要 Anovelno-guidelightpentype3D-coordinatemeasurementsystemwiththreesetsofpositionsensitivedevices(PSDs)torealizeintersectionconvergeinagingisintroduced.Itiscalledasthelightpentypemeasurementsystem,becausethemeasuringheadisshapedasapenwithseverallightsourcesonit.Thestructuredesign,measurementprincipleandexperimentalresultsarepresented.Thetheoreticalanalysisandexperimentalresultsprovethatthissystemhasadvancedfeaturesofsimplestructure,highautomation,andhighaccuracy,andcanbeusedinthemeasurementfieldsofmechanicalmanufacture,robot,auto,aviationandmedicineeffectively.
