摘要 AseminaronConstructionofChina’shumanRightsdiscourseSysteminthenewerawasheldinCentralSouthUniversity(CSU)onApril12,2018.TheeventwassponsoredbytheChinaSocietyforhumanRightsStudiesandthePublicitydepartmentofthehunanProvincialCommitteeoftheCommunistPartyofChina,andhostedbytheCSUResearchCenterforhumanRightsandtheCSUSchooloflaw.nearly70expertsandscholarsinlaw,internationalrelations,andcommunicationfrominstitutesofhigherlearning,researchinstitutions,andpracticalworkdepartmentsfromaroundthecountrysharedtheiropinionsonthreetopics:CultivationofaChinesehumanRightsdiscourseSysteminthenewera,CommunicationoftheChinesehumanRightsdiscourseinthenewera,andChinesehumanRightsdiscourseandInternationalhumanRightsGovernanceinthenewera.Theyconductedanin-depthdiscussiononenhancinghumanrightsself-confidence,graspingthecharacteristicsoftheneweraandthegeneraldevelopmenttrend,consolidatingconsensusbetweendomesticandoverseashumanrightsdiscourses,andeffectivelycarryingoutinternationalhumanrightsexchanges.Fullyreflectingthein-depththinkingandinsightsofattendingexpertsandscholarsonthematter,theseminareffectivelypromotedthedevelopmentofresearchonConstructionofChina’shumanrightsdiscoursesysteminthenewera.
