SOOT PARTICLES ANALYSIS IN LAMINAR PREMIXED PROPANE／OXYGEN （C3H8／O2） FLAMES USING PUBLISHED MEASUREMENT DATA-中国期刊网

摘要 AlaminarpremixedPropane/Airflamewithafuelequivalenceratioof2.1wasemployedforanalysisofsootparticles.Zeroth-orderIognormaldistributions(ZOLD)wereusedintheanalysisofexperimentaldistributionphenomenaatdifferentresidencetimesduringsootformationintheflame.Rayleigh'stheoryandMie'sscatteringtheorywerecombinedwithagglomerateanalysisusingscatteringandextinctiondatatodeterminethefollowingsootcharacteristics:agglomerateparameters,volumetricfractions,massflowratesandsurfacegrowthrate.Sootdensitymeasurementswerecarriedouttodeterminedensityvariationsatdifferentstagesofgrowth.Themeasuredresultsshowthatmetricfractionandmassflowrateindicatethatthesurfacegrowthrateofsootparticlesexceedstheoxidationratesintheflamestudied.Thedataobtainedinthisworkwouldbeusedtostudysootoxidationrateunderflamingcondition.
