摘要
ThispaperstudiesthelocaldynamicsofanSDOFsystemwithquadraticandcubicstiffnessterms,andwithlineardelayedvelocityfeedback.Theanalysisindicatesthatforasufficientlylargevelocityfeedbackgain,theequilibriumofthesystemmayundergoanumberofstabilityswitcheswithanincreaseoftimedelay,andthenbecomesunstableforever.Ateachcriticalvalueoftimedelayforwhichthesystemchangesitsstability,agenericHopfbifurcationoccursandaperiodicmotionemergesinaone-sidedneighbourhoodofthecriticaltimedelay.ThemethodofFredholmalternativeisappliedtodeterminethebifurcatingperiodicmotionsandtheirstability.Itstressesontheeffectofthesystemparametersonthestableregionsandtheamplitudesofthebifurcatingperiodicsolutions.
