摘要
ThirtyWistarratswererandomlyandevenlydividedintocontrolgroup,cerebralischemiagroupandischemia+electroacupuncture(EA)group.Thebilateralcommoncarotidarterieswereoccludedtoinduceacutecerebralischemia.Nitricoxide(NO)andendothelin(ET)contentsinthecerebraltissuesandbloodweremeasuredundernormalcondition,immediatelyafterischemiaandfollowingEA.ResultsshowedthatafteracutecerebralischemiaNOandETcontentsinthecerebraltissuesincreasedsignificantly(P<0.01)whileserumETincreasedandserumNOloweredobviously(P<0.05).FollowingEAofBaihui(GV20)andDazhui(GV14),bothNOandETincerebraltissuesandserumturnedtonormalbasically.ItshowedthatEAcouldprotectthecerebraltissuesfrominjuryinducedbyischemia,NOandETmightparticipateinthemodulationprocessofEA.
