摘要
摘要目的探讨前馈控制在护理不良事件管理中的应用情况,并对其结果进行系统分析.方法以护理不良事件的上报情况为指标,对运用前馈控制在护理不良事件管理中应用情况进行分析,将安全隐患和不良事件进行分类,将其对患者的影响进行对比研究.结果从２０１１－２０１３年护理不良事件上报率明显增加,主要表现在B、C、D级事件的上报率上,并且对A级事件的上报表进行整理分析,结果显示环境因素和医嘱因素占其主要地位,各类事件２０１１年的上报率与２０１３年相比,差异具有统计学意义(P＜０．０５).结论运用前馈控制对护理不良事件进行管理,降低了不良事件的发生率及其带来的影响.关键词护理管理;不良事件;前馈控制;安全管理ApplicationoffeedforwardcontroladverseeventsinnursingmanagementAbstractObjectiveInvestigatebeforefeedforwardcontroladverseeventsinnursingmanagementapplication,andsystemanalysisofitsresults．MethodsReＧportedcasesofadverseeventsinnursingasanindicatoroftheformeruseoffeed－forwardcontroladverseeventsinnursingmanagementapplicationtoanalyzethesituation,thesecurityrisksandadverseeventswereclassified,willbeitsimpactonthepatient??scomparativestudy．ResultsCarefrom２０１１－２０１３reportedadＧverseeventsweresignificantlyincreased,mainlyintheB,C,Dleveleventreportingrate,andA－leveleventonthereportwereanalyzedwithadoctorshowedthatenvironmentalfactorsandfactorsofitsmainstatus,alltypesofeventsreportedin２０１１comparedwiththe２０１３rate,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P＜０．０５K)e．yCwonorcldussionsTheuseoffeed－forwardcontroltothenursingadverseeventsmanagement,reducetheincidenceofadverseeventsanditsimpact．CareManagement;adverseevents;feedforwardcontrol;SafetyManagement中图分类号R４７文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０５８０－０１
