摘要
摘要目的探讨老年高血压患者脉压的特征.方法将老年高血压患者３４６例按年龄段分为老年１组(６０~６９岁,n＝７７)、老年２组(７０~７９岁,n＝１０９)和老年３组(≥８０岁,n＝１６０),分析３组脉压参数.结果２４hDBP老年３组和老年２组均低于老年１组(P＜０．０５).日间平均压(dABP)老年３组低于老年１组和老年２组(P＜０．０５).２４小时动态脉压(２４hAPP)老年１组低于老年２组和老年３组(P＜０．０５).结论老年高血压患者随着年龄的增大,２４hAPP呈现增高趋势.２４hAPP远大于正常脉压.关键词老年人;高血压;动态血压监测AnalysisofthecharacteristicsofthepulsepressureintheelderlypatientswithhypertensionTianLu,XuXinxian,YaoWuwei,ZhouJing,DouJuan,PanYi,YuZhaＧoping,HanGengen(Departmentofgeratology,theChongqingNo．５People,sHospital,Chongqing４０００６２,China)AbstractObjectiveToinvestigatethecharacteristicofthepulsepressureintheelderlypatientswithhypertension．Method３４６patientsweredividedintothreegroupsaccordingtotheiragesGroup１(agedfrom６０to６９,n＝７７),Group２(agedfrom７０to７９,n＝１０９),Group３(aged≥８０,n＝１６０)．Theparametersofpressurewereanalysedinthethreegroups．Results２４－houraveragediastolicpressure(２４hDBP)waslowerintheGroup３andGroup２thaninGroup１(P＜０．０５)．Davtimeaveragebloodpressure(dABP)waslowerintheGroup３thaninGroup１andGroup２(P＜０．０５)．The２４hAPPwaslowerintheGroup１thaninGroup２andGroup３(P＜０．０５)．Conclusion２４hAPPisincreasedtrendinelderlypatientswithhypertensionwiththeincreaseage．２４hAPPraisedobviouslythanthenormalpulsepressure．KeywordsElderly;Hypertension;Ambulatorybloodpressuremonitoring中图分类号R２５９文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０８６９－０１
