摘要 Recently,ithasbeenreportedthattheluteolyticac-tionwasthemainmechanismoftheterminationofearlypregnancybycontraceptivest.Inaddition,someestro-genreceptorligandssuchasdroloxifenehavebeenshowntoinhibitthegrowthofculturedratlutealcells.Ithasbeenknownthat2-phenylindolederivativescouldcompetewithestradiolfortheestrogenreceptor.Theseresultspromptedustodesignandsynthesizethefollow-ingsixnew3-oxamoyl-2-phenylindolecompounds1a-fandtesttheireffectsonthegrowthoflutealcells,aimingatseekingnewleadcompoundspossessingantifertilityactivities.
