摘要
AhomogeneoustheoreticalmodelisdevelopedtopredicttheperformanceofR22andR290inadiabaticcapillarytubes.Themodelisbasedonconservationequationsofmass,momentumandenergy.Metastablebothliquidandtwo-phaseflowregionsareconsideredinthemodel.Inmetastabletwo-phaseregion,superheatedliquidisintroducedintothemetastablemixtureviscosityandtwomethodsarepresentedtoevaluateit.Themodelisvalidatedbycomparingthepredictedpressureandtemperatureprofileandmassflowratewithseveralinvestigators′experimentaldataofR22andoneofitsalternativesR290reportedinliterature.Allofthepredictedmassflowratesarewithin±8%ofmeasuredvalues.Comparisonsarealsomadebetweenthepresentmodelandotherinvestigators′modelsorsizingcorrelation.Themodelcanbeusedfordesignorsimulationcalculationofadiabaticcapillarytubes.
