摘要 ThispaperfirstbrieflylooksbackonthehistoryofcensusGISaroundtheworld,andthensummarizessomepreponderancesofdevelopingurbancensusGISinChina.Andthenathree-tierconstructionarchitecturefortheurbancensusGISisproposed.Finally,usingtheillustrationofthecensusdataofGuangzhoucity,thepaperanalyzesandelaboratessomeissuesontheurbancensusGISdesigning,suchasdatamanagement,datawarehousebuilding,anddataanalysis.
