A new method to evaluate imaging quality of CCD cameras-中国期刊网

摘要 InordertoevaluatetheimagingqualityofCCDcamerasfullyandrapidly,theminimumresolvablecontrast(MRC)ispresentedinthispaperandthesystemofmeasuringMRCisconstructedaswell,inwhichtwointegratingspheresareproposedtoilluminatetwosidesofthetargetrespectively.Thevariablecontrastcanbeobtainedbyregulatingtheluminanceofintegratingspheres.Experimentalresultsindicatethattheerrorofmeasuringluminanceiswithin±0.3cd/m2,MRCriseswiththeincreaseofthespatialfrequency.TheexperimentalresultsshowthatthemethodproposedisaneffectiveapproachtoevaluatetheimagingqualityofCCDcameras.
