摘要
摘要目的探讨在当前的医院药房管理过程中,仍旧存在的一系列问题,旨在采取相应有效的改进对策,提升医院药房管理有效率.方法选取我院药房诊断治疗的部分患者以及相关工作人员,采取随机调查和回顾性研究方法,明确当前医院药房管理中存在的相关问题.结果在我院药房管理当中,主要的待解决问题有专业设备落后问题、网络信息化问题、制度不完善问题,另外还有工作人员专业水平和综合素质较低问题.结论在当前的医院药房管理过程中,仍旧存在一系列尚待解决的问题,要想从根本解决这些问题,必须在明确问题产生原因的基础上,采取相应有效的解决措施和改进对策,从根本上提升医院药房管理效率.关键词医院药房管理;问题;改进对策;管理制度与体系AbstractObjectiveTostudythecurrenthospitalpharmacymanagementintheprocess,aseriesofproblemsstillexist,totakecorrespondingeffectiveimprovementmeasures,improvethehospitalpharmacymanagementefficiently．Methodstochoosethehospitalpharmacyandrelatedstaff,partofthediagnosisandtreatmentforpatientstotakearandomsurveyandretrospectivestudymethod,clearexistingincurrenthospitalpharmacymanagementrelatedissues．ReＧsultsinourhospitalpharmacymanagement,themainproblemstobesolvedwithprofessionalequipment,networkinformation,imperfectsystem,aswellasstaffprofessionallevelandthecomprehensivequalityislow．Conclusionintheprocessofthecurrenthospitalpharmacymanagement,stillneededtobesolvedaseriesofproblems,inordertofundamentallysolvetheseproblems,mustbeonthebasisofthespecificproblemcauses,takecorrespondingeffectivesolutionsandimprovethecountermeasure,fundamentally,promoteefficiencyofmanagementofhospitalpharmacy．KeywordsHospitalpharmacymanagement;Problem;Improvementcountermeasures;Managementsystemandthesystem中图分类号R２８９文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０６９３－０１
