A CLASS OF LDPC CODE＇S CONSTRUCTION BASED ON AN ITERATIVE RANDOM METHOD-中国期刊网

摘要 ThislettergivesarandomconstructionforLowDensityParityCheck(LDPC)codes,whichusesaniterativealgorithmtoavoidshortcyclesintheTannergraph.TheconstructionmethodhasgreatflexiblechoiceinLDPCcode'sparametersincludingcodelength,coderate,theleastgirthofthegraph,theweightofcolumnandrowintheparitycheckmatrix.ThemethodcanbeappliedtotheirregularLDPCcodesandstrictregularLDPCcodes.Systemiccodeshavemanyapplicationsindigitalcommunication,sothisletterproposesaconstructionofthegeneratormatrixofsystemicLDPCcodesfromtheparitycheckmatrix.Simulationsshowthatthemethodperformswellwithiterativedecoding.
