摘要
摘要目的分析血液检验标本误差的原因与对策.方法研究我院在２０１４年５月至２０１５年５月期间的血液检验标本误差５８例案例情况,分析其误差原因.结果所有血液检验标本出现误差的原因主要集中在检验标本的采检过程中,以及患者自身的因素,５８例误差案例中,采集问题为１８例,占比３１．０３％,送检问题为２２例,３７．９３％,患者问题为１０例,占比为１７．２４％,检验问题为８例,占比为１３．７９％.结论血液检验标本产生误差的因素多样,需要从标本采集、送检和检验的全流程做监管,同时要控制好患者问题,做好相关监管与宣传,提升检验质量.关键词血液检验;标本误差;原因CauseAnalysisofbloodtestssamplingerrorAbstractObjectiveToanalyzethecausesandcountermeasuresbloodtestsampleerrors．MethodsHospitalbloodtestsamplingerrorinMay２０１４－May２０１５period５８casesofcases,thereasonfortheerroranalysis．RESULTSAll－causebloodtestsampleerroroccursmainlyintestsamplestakenduringinspecＧtion,aswellasthepatient＇sownfactors,５８casesoferrorcases,thecollectionissue１８cases,accountingfor３１．０３％,２２casesofcensorshipissues,３７．９３％,１０casesofpatientswithproblems,accountingfor１７．２４percent,inspectionissues８cases,accountingfor１３．７９％．ConclusionBloodtestspecimenindiversesourcesoferror,regulationneedstobedonefromthespecimencollection,inspectionandtestingofthewholeprocess,atthesametimetocontrolthepatientproblems,maketherelevantregulatoryandadvocacytoimprovetestquality．KeywordsBloodtest;Samplingerror;Reason
