摘要
摘要目的分析硫辛酸治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变的临床效果.方法随机选取我院糖尿病末梢神经病变患者１３４例,收治时间为２０１４年３月至２０１５年２月期间,并分为观察组和对照组.观察组采用硫辛酸治疗,对照组采用甲钴胺胶囊治疗.结果观察组患者的临床效果明显高于对照组患者,观察组治疗前后的传导速度差值明显高于对照组治疗前后的神经传导速度差值,p＜０．０５,有统计学意义.结论硫辛酸治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变具有较好的临床效果,值得推广.关键词硫辛酸;糖尿病末梢神经病变;甲钴胺胶囊;LipoicacidinthetreatmentofdiabeticperipheralneuropathyeffectobservationHai－junwangWangHuichengChenxiaGaoXilingShaanxiprovincepeople’shospitalofzipcode７１６０００Abstractobjectivetoanalysisthelipoicacidfortreatmentofdiabeticperipheralneuropathy．Methodsrandomlyselectedfromourhospital１３４casesofdiabeticperipheralneuropathypatients,treatedforduringMarch２０１４toFebruary２０１４,anddividedintoobservationgroupandcontrolgroup．ObservationgroupUSESthelipoicacidtreatment,controlgroupadoptsacobaltaminecapsules．Resultsthepatientswiththeclinicaleffectofobservationgroupwasobviouslyhigherthanthatofcontrolgrouppatients,observationgroupconductionvelocitydifferenceofbeforeandaftertreatmentwasobviouslyhigherthanthatofthenerveconductionveＧlocitydifferencebetweenthecontrolgroupbeforeandaftertreatment,p＜０．０５,withstatisticalsignificance．ConclusionlipoicacidtreatmentofdiabeticperipheralneuropKaetyhywhoradssgoodclinicaleffect,isworthpromoting．lipoicacid;Diabeticperipheralneuropathy．Acobaltaminecapsule;中图分类号R５８７．２文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０６５２－０１
