神经内科护理管理中应用细节管理理念的效果观察

摘要    [摘要 ] 目的 探讨神经内科护理管理中细节管理理念的应用效果。方法 选取该院 2018年 3月— 2019年 3月的 140例神经内科住院患者,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组护理工作者采用神经内科常规护理模式,观察组护理工作者采用细节护理管理模式。同时观察两组护理工作者的整体护理质量、护理人员行为情况以及患者对护理工作者的满意度。结果 观察组 70例,整体护理质量评分( 91.36±6.47)分、护理人员行为评分( 92.13±6.41)分。对照组 70例,整体护理质量评分( 77.15±6.32)分、护理人员行为评分( 81.37±4.52)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。觀察组患者 70例,其中非常满意 41例,比较满意 19例,一般满意 8例,不满意 2例,总满意度为 98.57%;对照组患者 70例,其中非常满意 4例,比较满意 17例,一般满意 32例,不满意 17例,总满意度为 75.71%。观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组患者满意度,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论 应用细节护理管理模式对神经内科患者进行护理,可以提高患者对护理工作者的满意度,同时也可以提高护理工作者的工作质量,值得推广。     [关键词 ] 细节管理;神经内科;护理    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of the concept of detail management in neurology nursing management. Methods 140 inpatients in neurology department from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The routine nursing mode of neurology was adopted in the control group, and the detailed nursing management mode was adopted in the observation group. At the same time, the overall nursing quality, the behavior of nurses and the satisfaction of patients with nursing workers were observed. Results 70 cases in the observation group, the overall nursing quality score (91.36 ± 6.47), nursing staff behavior score (92.13 ± 6.41). There were 70 cases in the control group, the overall nursing quality score (77.15 ± 6.32) and the behavior score of nurses (81.37 ± 4.52). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There were 70 patients in the observation group, 41 of them were very satisfied, 19 of them were relatively satisfied, 8 of them were generally satisfied, 2 of them were not satisfied, the total satisfaction was 98.57%; there were 70 patients in the control group, 4 of them were very satisfied, 17 of them were relatively satisfied, 32 of them were generally satisfied, 17 of them were not satisfied, the total satisfaction was 75.71%. The patients' satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of detail nursing management mode to the neurology patients can improve the patients' satisfaction to the nursing workers, and also can improve the quality of nursing workers, which is worth popularizing.
