摘要
【摘 要】目的：探讨全结肠系膜切除术在结肠癌根治术中的应用价值。方法：选取我科 2017年 8月至 2019年 7月收治的结肠癌患者 76例，分观察组 38例（全结肠系膜切除术）和对照组 38例（传统根治术），观察疗效。结果：两组手术时间差异无统计学意义（ P>0.05），而观察组术中出血量较对照组少，淋巴结清扫数目较对照组多，且术后首次排气时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。观察组术后并发症发生率 5.26%，低于对照组 21.05%，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：全结肠系膜切除术用于结肠癌根治术中可有效清除淋巴结，促进术后恢复，还能降低术后并发症发生率。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the application value of total mesocolectomy in radical operation of colon cancer. Methods: from August 2017 to July 2019, 76 patients with colon cancer were divided into observation group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases) to observe the curative effect. Results: there was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups (P > 0.05), while the amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the number of lymph node dissection was more than that in the control group, and the time of first exhaust and hospitalization were significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.26%, lower than that in the control group (21.05%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: total mesocolectomy can effectively clear lymph nodes, promote postoperative recovery, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
