摘要
【摘要】 目的 分析高频单极电刀全程电凝模式切除扁桃体的治疗效果。方法 106例需实施扁桃体切除术患者， 随机分为观察组与对照组， 各 53例。对照组实施常规扁桃体切除术， 观察组实施高频单极电刀全程电凝模式切除术， 比较两组患者的手术治疗效果。结果 观察组患者术中出血量、伪膜形成时间、伪膜完全脱落时间分别为（ 0.8±0.2） ml、（ 15.3±4.8） h、（ 10.5±2.5） d， 均明显短于对照组患者的（ 25.1±2.5） ml、（ 25.2±5.1） h、（ 13.4±1.6） d， 差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为 5.66%， 明显低于对照组患者的 20.75%， 差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 对需实施扁桃体切除术的患者实施高频单极电刀全程电凝模式， 可以减少手术中出血量， 加快患者术后恢复， 值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of high frequency monopole electrotome on tonsillectomy. Methods 106 patients with tonsillectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional tonsillectomy, and the observation group was treated with high-frequency monopole electrocoagulation. Results the intraoperative blood loss, pseudomembranous formation time and pseudomembrane complete detachment time of the observation group were (0.8 ± 0.2) ml, (15.3 ± 4.8) h, (10.5 ± 2.5) d, which were significantly shorter than those of the control group (25.1 ± 2.5) ml, (25.2 ± 5.1) H and (13.4 ± 1.6) d, respectively, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.66%, which was significantly lower than 20.75% of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of high frequency monopole electrocoagulation mode in patients with tonsillectomy can reduce intraoperative blood loss and accelerate postoperative recovery, which is worthy of promotion and application.
