摘要 Theforcesactingonagastungstenarc(GTA)weldpoolareanalyzed.Amodelofstaticforceconditionforfally-penetratedweldpoolisdeveloped,andthecriterionissetuptojudgeandevaluatetheoccurrencetendencyofburn-throughdefect.Transientvariationsoftheforcesaffectingthesurfacesdeformationandcollapsingofweldpoolarecomputed,andthepercentagesoftheirinfluencingrolesareobtained.Forspecificmaterialandworkpiecethickness,thethresholdvaluesbelowwhichtheburn-throughphenomenondoesnotoccuraredetermined,andcomparedwiththeexperimentalresults.
