摘要
Forestryindustryisanimportantcommonwealandfundamentalindustry.Forestryenterprisestaketheburdenofecologicalconstructionandsupplyofforestproducts,andeconomicalbenefits,ecologicalbenefits,andsocialbenefitsaswell.However,electronic-business(e-business),asacompletelynewbusinessoperationmodel,willbringgreatopportunitiesandchallengestoforestryenterprises.Onthebasisofsimpleanalysisofe-businessconceptionmodel,theinternalandexternalenvironmentforforestryenterprisestodevelope-businesswasthoroughlyanalysedandresearched,andfinallyeffectivestrategicoptionswereproposed.
