摘要 Preliminaryobservationsontheresultofinfectionbyparvovirusofprimaryculturedcellsofhumanhepatomaandparahepatomatissuewerereported.Humanhepatomaandparahepatomatissuewereobtainedbytheculturemethodoftissuefragmentplating.ItwasobservedthattheirrespectivesensitivitytoparvovirusH-1wasdifferent.H-1hadinhibitoryeffectonepithelialcellsofhepatomatissuebutwithoutanysignificanteffectonfibroblastssimultaneously,H-lhadnoeffectonepithelialcellsandfibroblastsofparahepatomatissue.Furtherinvestigationoftherelationshipbetweenparvovirusandhepatomawouldbehelpfulnotonlyinelucidatingthemechanismofcarcinogenesisanditssuppressionbutalsointhesearchofnewapproachforthetreatmentofhepatoma.
