GivenastablematrixA∈Cn×n,therearesomesimplesimultaneousinequalitieswhosecoefficientsrelyonA.For（?）PH=P∈Cn×n,ifPsatisfiestheseinequlities,thenPA+AHP<0.Asanapplicationofthemainresults,thestabilityofthematrixfamilyistreated.Besides,somegeometricpropertiesofthesetofalltheLyapunovmatricesofagivenstablematrixareconsidered.
