High-Order Leap-Frog Based Discontinuous Galerkin Method for the Time-Domain Maxwell Equations on Non-Conforming Simplicial Meshes

摘要 Ahigh-orderleap-frogbasednon-dissipativediscontinuousGalerkintime-domainmethodforsolvingMaxwell'sequationsisintroducedandanalyzed.Theproposedmethodcombinesacenteredapproximationfortheevaluationoffluxesattheinterfacebetweenneighboringelements,withaNth-orderleap-frogtimescheme.Moreover,theinterpolationdegreeisdefinedattheelementlevelandthemeshisrefinedlocallyinanon-conformingwayresultinginarbitrarylevelhangingnodes.ThemethodisprovedtobestableundersomeCFL-likeconditiononthetimestep.Theconvergenceofthesemi-discreteapproximationtoMaxwell'sequationsisestablishedrigorouslyandboundsontheglobaldivergenceerrorareprovided.Numericalexperimentswithhigh-orderelementsshowthepotentialofthemethod.
