摘要
Coarsening,embrittlementandcorrosionsensitizationinahightemperatureheat-affectedzone(HTHAZ)arethemajorproblemswhen12%chromiumlowcarbonstainlesssteelisbeingwelded,whichinducethedeteriorationoftheimpacttoughnessatalowtemperatureandintergranularcorrosionresistanceproperty.ThisstudyinvestigatesthecorrespondingmicrostructuresinHTHAZwithdifferentchemicalcompositionsandheatinputsthroughthermalsimulationtests.Theresultsshowthatthemartensitecontentincreaseswiththedescendingofferritefactor(FF)whenFFisbelow9.0andheatinputinfluencesthemicrostructureofhighFFsteelinHTHAZ.Martensiteof12%CrstainlesssteelinHTHAZwithonlyNbstabilizationreticularlydistributesatferritegrainboundaries.
