摘要
ThispaperreportsthephotochemicaldegradationofMethyleneBlue(MB)innaturalseawater(NSW).Thephotode-gradationreactionconformedtothefirst-orderreactionkineticswiththerateconstant0.0158min-1.MBwasphotochemicallyde-gradatedfasterunderhigh-pressuremercurylamp(HPML)thanundersunlight.WhenMBwasinlowerconcentrations,salinitycouldinhibitthephotoreactionwhereasMBinhigherconcentration,salinitycouldacceleratethephotoreaction.Humidacidcouldalsoinhibitthephotoreactions.ToxicitytestswithmarinephytoplanktonSkeletonemacostatum(Sk)andHeterosigmaakashiwoHada(Ha)showeddecreasedacutetoxicityafterphotodegradation.
