简介：摘要目的探讨整体化护理干预对预防神经外科监护室(NICU)术后气管插管意外脱出的效果.方法采用抽样方法对２０１５年６－９月２３２例全麻术后气管插管患者进行分组进行对照分析,对照组例采用常规护理,干预组例采用整体化护理干预措施.结果采用整体化护理干预不仅能够使气管插管的患者在清醒拔管前能够正确配合医务人员,防止气管插管的意外脱出,还能够消除患者紧张焦虑的情绪,避免其烦躁保证治疗和护理工作的顺利进行.结论整体化护理干预能提高患者对治疗的依从性,值得临床推广.关键词整体化护理干预;NICU气管插管AbstractObjectiveToexploretheeffectofholisticnursinginterventionappliedtothepreventionoftrachealintubationprolapsedaccidentlyaftertheoperaＧtionintheDepartmentofNeurosurgeryICU(NICU)．MethodsJune－September２０１５,２３２casesofpatientswithtrachealintubationaftergeneralanesthesiaopＧerationweredividedintotwogroupsusingsamplingmethod．Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursingwhileexperimentalgroupweregiventheholisticnursingintervention．ResultsTheholisticnursinginterventioncanmakepatientswithtrachealintubationcooperatewithmedicalpersonnelcorrectlywhichcanpreventacＧcidentaldislodgementoftrachealintubation．Atthesametime,holisticnursinginterventioncaneliminatethetensionandanxietyofpatients,avoidtheirirritability,ensurethetreatmentandnursingcanbeoperatedsmoothly．ConclusionsHolisticnursinginterventioncanimprovethecomplianceoftreatment．Itisworthclinicalpopularizing．中图分类号R４７文献标识码A文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－１０８７－０１
