简介：摘要：作为工业生产中的重要环节，破碎质量决定了最终所使用的材料使用效果。此外，工业生产中节能降耗是永恒话题，正确使用破碎工艺起到了节能降耗的关键作用。因此，强调反击式破碎机的正确应用以及关键结构的使用优化极为关键。以反击式破碎机破碎腔为例，对其结构做深入分析并制定详细的设计方案，具有极为重要的现实意义。

简介：　　【摘要】目的：探讨应用中医辨证治疗胸痹心痛病的临床疗效。方法：选择我院 2018年 1月至 2020年 1月收治的胸痹心痛病患者 100例，将其随机分成实验组和对照组各 50例，对照组患者给予西药治疗，实验组患者给予中医辨证治疗，对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果：实验组患者的临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组患者，两者比较差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）；患者术后心率和心肌耗氧量显著改善，和治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：应用中医辨证治疗胸痹心痛病能有效提高临床治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。  　　【关键词】中医辨证；胸痹心痛病；临床疗效  　 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine on chest arthralgia and heartache. Methods: 100 patients with chest arthralgia and heartache admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases each. Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine, patients in the experimental group were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: the effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the heart rate and myocardial oxygen consumption in the patients after operation were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chest arthralgia and heartache can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
