简介：摘要市政工程是市政设施建设工程的简称，属于民生工程。城市生活中的各种公共基础设施都属于市政工程，比如城市中密布纵横的各种道路，过街天桥，高架桥以及公交车站，城市照明设施，公交车系统等都属于市政工程。可以看出，市政工程是与我们日常生活密切相关的基础性民生工程。因此，保证市政工程高质量的完工就显得尤为重要。而且由于我国尚处于社会主义初级阶段，政府往往需要将有限的资金投入到最需要改善的市政工程中去，如果其未按时完工将会对民众日常生活造成困难同时影响社会综合效益。因此本文就对市政施工管理存在的困境与优化路径进行分析和探讨。
