简介：本文从“骨度分寸”的起源入手，从临床运用的角度出发，分别辨析了腧穴定位的“骨度分寸”“手指同身寸”、针身长度的“毫针寸”以及针刺深度的“刺法寸”4种“寸”之不同，要求针灸实践中应知其意、明其理，灵活掌握、准确应用，从而提高针灸治病的疗效，避免针刺意外的发生。
