简介：摘要目的探讨肺炎患者的护理。方法配合医生对肺炎患者的诊断与治疗进行护理。结论对肺炎患者进行护理可以使患者感到生理与心理的舒适，同时控制传染与预防并发症。

简介：　　摘要：目的 研究分析经尿道前列腺电切除术的术后护理措施和经验。方法 此次研究的对象是选择 2017年 8月～ 2019年 12月 59例经尿道前列腺电切术后患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，常规留置膀胱造瘘管和气囊尿管，进行持续膀胱冲洗，术后均采取了系统性的护理干预措施。结果 本组 59例患者术后 3d拔除造瘘管，术后 5d拔除导尿管，患者均自排尿。术后 8例出现下尿路感染症状， 3例术后出现终末血尿。均经过抗炎治疗痊愈出院。结论 术后采用系统性的护理措施，对减少并发症、缩短住院时间、提高治愈率具有重要意义。 

简介：【摘要】目的 探析在小儿疝气手术护理中应用综合护理干预后的整体作用。方法 本次研究资料纳入时间为2018年8月至2020年7月，收治患者为小儿疝气手术80例；将患者统一编号后随机将这80例患者均分为实验组（综合护理干预）和常规组（常规护理干预），各40例；以对比的方式探析两种护理方法的临床作用。结果 实验组的手术时间、术后住院时间以及对医护人员的服务满意度均相比常规组较高，且术后并发症发生率较低，P

简介：　　【摘 要】目的：分析采用综合性护理干预预防乳腺术后伤口感染的临床效果。方法： 2018年 7月～ 2020年 1月期间纳入 56例接受乳腺切除手术患者，根据入院顺序先后分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组采用综合性护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果：对照组术后伤口感染率 68.75%（ 11/26），观察组术后伤口感染率 13.33%（ 4/30），两组比较差异具有统计学意义 （ P<0.05） 。观察组护理总满意率 96.67%明显高于对照组 65.38%，具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：可见采用综合护理干预手段应用于乳腺切除术患者的护理工作中，可促进伤口愈合，减少伤口感染，值得临床推广与应用。 　　【关键词】综合性护理干预；预防；乳腺切除手术；伤口感染 　 [Abstract] Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on prevention of wound infection after breast surgery. Methods: from July 2018 to January 2020, 56 patients who underwent mastectomy were included in the study. According to the order of admission, they were divided into control group and observation group. The control group adopted routine nursing mode, and the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results: the postoperative infection rate of the control group was 68.75% (11 / 26), and that of the observation group was 13.33% (4 / 30). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (65.38%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: it can be seen that the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with mastectomy can promote wound healing and reduce wound infection, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
