简介：目的：本文旨在呈现三维重建下的四渎穴（四渎）针刺过程。方法：首先,定义四渎穴下及其附近的皮肤、皮下组织、肌肉、血管和神经。其次,对四渎穴的上述解剖结构进行三维重建,包括与四渎穴相关的肌肉被分割、血管和神经进行重建。第三,在VOXEL-MAN平台的三维虚拟人上针刺四渎穴,形成四渎穴的针刺过程。结果：在虚拟人上实现了四渎穴的三维定位和虚拟针刺,可以实现针刺四渎穴的全部虚拟针刺过程,可以显示腧穴针刺过程中的不同结构。结论：三维虚拟重建有助于腧穴解剖结构研究,有助于腧穴可视化研究,可以在针灸穴位研究中充分利用。
