简介：摘要：专业建设作为医学高职院校内涵式发展的核心和人才培养的关键载体，对学校教育教学质量、水平的提升、学校整体发展和社会声誉都有举足轻重的影响和作用。本文通过调研现阶段医学高职院校专业建设中存在的问题，探索性的提出医学高职院校在专业建设中通过找准办学方向、明确专业建设定位、强化办学特色、加强教育教学改革、强化教学团队建设、创新人才培养模式等建设思路，进而提高专业的社会服务能力。
