简介:Inthispaper,weemployedthepulsedmagneticfield(PMF)processingtoinvestigatetheeffectofdifferentpulserisetimeandtreatmenttimeonthesurvival,reproduction,cellulaseactivityandsurfacecharacteristicsofthepinewoodnematode(PWN).Theresultsshowedthatthewiderpulseandthelongertreatmenttimewereabletoreducethesurvival,andinhibitthecellulaseactivityandreproductionofPWN.The4thinstarandfemaleshadastrongresistancetothepulsedmagneticfield.Withpulserisetimeof10msandthetreatmentof60min,theadjustedmortalityofPWNwas100%.AfterthePMFtreatment,thecellulaseactivityofPWNincreasedwithinashorttime,andthendeclinedwiththetreatmenttime.Theobservationwithascanningelectronmicrograph(SEM)revealedthattherewasnosignificantchangeinmorphologyofPWN,butthequantityofrod-shapedbacteriacarriedbyPWNwasreduced.
