  • 简介:AGaP/morinnanocompositematerialwasprepared,andthekeyfactorsaffectingtheluminescentpropertiesofthematerialwereinvestigated.IntenseluminescencewasobservedafterthecompositereactionbetweenGaPnanocrystalsandmorin.TheluminescenceoftheGaP/morincompositematerialisintensifiedremarkablywiththeratioofmorintoGaPnanocrystalsincreasing,butthepeakwavelengthremainsunchanged.WiththesizeofGaPparticlesdecreasing,theluminescentintensityofthecompositeincreasesandthepeakwavelengthblue-shifts.Thepossiblereasonforthisphenomenonwasdiscussed.

  • 简介:Apilotwiredrawingmachineaswellaswireend-pointingrollerwasdeveloped.Usingthesemachines,awiredrawingtestforfourdifferentcoatingmaterialsandtwodifferentlubricantswasperformedasthereductionratioincreasedfrom10%to30%.Materialsusedforasubstrateinthisstudyareplaincarbonsteel(AISI1045)andultralowcarbonbainitesteel.Tocomputethefrictioncoefficientbetweenthecoatinglayerofwireandthesurfaceofdieforaspecificlubricant,aseriesoffiniteelementanalyseswerecarriedout.SEMobservationswerealsoconductedtoinvestigatethesurfacedefectsofwiredeformed.Resultsshowthatthebehaviorofdrawingforcevarieswiththelubricant-typeattheinitialstageofdrawing.Thepowder-typedlubricantwithalargeparticlecausestheretardationoffulllubricationontheentirecontactsurfaceandthelocaldelaminationofcoatinglayeronthewiresurface.Astheflowstressofasubstrateincreases,thedelaminationbecomessevere.

  • 简介:Anewelectronbeamcontrolsystemwasdevelopedinageneralvacuumelectronbeammachinebyassemblingwithindustrialcontrolcomputer,programmablelogiccontrol(PLC),deflectioncoil,dataacquisitioncard,poweramplifier,etc.Inthiscontrolsystem,scanningtrackandenergydistributionofelectronbeamcouldbeeditedoff-line,real-timeadjustedandcontrolledon-line.Ti-Mogradientmaterial(GM)withhightemperatureresistantwasfabricatedusingthetechnologyofelectronbeammelting.Themeltingprocessesincludethreesteps,suchaspreheating,melting,andhomogenizing.TheresultsshowthattheGMpreparedbymeltingtechnologyhasfineappearance,andithasgoodintegratedinterfacewiththeTialloy.MoandTielementsaregraduallydistributedintheinterfaceofthegradientmaterial.ThemicrostructureclosetotheTialloybasemetalisα+βbasket-wavergrain,andthemicrostructureclosetotheGMisasinglephaseofβsolidsolution.

  • 简介:Withtheassistanceofnonionicsurfactant(OP-10)andsurface-selectivesurfactant(CH3COOH),anataseTiO2waspreparedasananodematerialforlithiumionbatteries.Themorphology,thecrystalstructure,andtheelectrochemicalpropertiesofthepreparedanataseTiO2werecharacterizedbyscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),X-raydiffraction(XRD),electrochemicalimpedancespectroscopy(EIS),andgalvanostaticchargeanddischargetest.TheresultshowsthatthepreparedanataseTiO2hashighdischargecapacityandgoodcyclicstability.Themaximumdischargecapacityis313mAh·g-1,andthereisnosignificantcapacitydecayfromthesecondcycle.

  • 简介:EmployingLi2CO3,NiO,Co3O4,andMnCO3powdersasstartingmaterials,Li[Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3]O2wassynthesizedbysolid-statereactionmethod.Variousgrindingaidswereappliedduringmillinginordertooptimizethesynthesisprocess.Aftersuccessiveheattreatmentsat650and950℃,thepreparedpowderswerecharacterizedbyX-raydiffraction(XRD)analysis,scanningelectronmicroscopy,andtransmissionelectronmicroscopy.Thepowderspreparedbyaddingsalt(NaCl)asgrindingaidexhibitaclearR3mlayerstructure.ThepowdersbyothergrindingaidslikeheptaneshowsomeimpuritypeaksintheXRDpattern.Theformerpowdersshowauniformparticlesizedistributionoflessthan1μmaveragesizewhilethelattershowsawidedistributionrangingfrom1to10μm.EnergydispersiveX-ray(EDX)analysissshowthattheratioofNi,Co,andMncontentinthepowderisapproximately1/3,1/3,and1/3,respecively.TheEDXdataindicatenoincorporationofsodiumorchlorineintothepowders.Charge-dischargetestsgaveaninitialdischargecapacityof160mAh·g-1forthepowderswithNaCladditionwhile70mAh·g-1forthepowderswithheptane.
