简介：建立了用气相色谱法定量分析抗氧化剂DLTDP纯度的方法。采用气相色谱-质谱联用法分析了DLTDP产品中挥发性成分的组成，通过对其中十二醇杂质的定量来确定DLTDP的纯度，在2—50μg／mL范围内，质量浓度与响应值有良好的线性关系（r＝0．9983）。十二醇的检出限为0．15μg／mL。采用外标单点法确定两个批次的DLTDP产品中十二醇含量分别为2．13％，0．15％，RSD小于4．6％。该方法结果准确、简便、重复性好，可用于抗氧化剂DLTDP纯度的分析。
