简介:Thebettercompressionratecanbeachievedbythetraditionalvectorquantization(VQ)method,andthequalityoftherecoveredimagecanalsobeaccepted.Butthedecompressedimagequalitycannotbepromotedefficiently,sohowtobalancetheimagecompressionrateandimagerecoveringqualityisanimportantissue.Inthispaper,animageistransformedbydiscretewavelettransform(DWT)togenerateitsDWTtransformedimagewhichcanbecompressedbytheVQmethodfurther.Besides,wecomputethevaluesbetweentheDWTtransformedimageanddecompressedDWTtransformedimageasthedifferencematrixwhichistheadjustablebasisofthedecompressedimagequality.Bycontrollingthedeviationofthedifferencematrix,therecanbenearlylosslesscompressionfortheVQmethod.ExperimentalresultsshowthatwhenthenumberofcompressedbitsbyourmethodisequaltothenumberofthosebitscompressedbytheVQmethod,thequalityofourrecoveredimageisbetter.Moreover,theproposedmethodhasmorecompressioncapabilitycomparingwiththeVQscheme.
简介:摘要:舱口盖作为散货船及集装箱船的重要甲板设备,其建造质量直接影响后续舱口盖舾装及交付后的使用状态;而大型矿砂船的舱口盖,其特点是超宽、超长、超重,变形控制难度大,精度数据要求高,属于建造难度较大的一种舱口盖。本文以400000DWT矿砂船的舱口盖为对象,对其建造流程及工艺进行总结和分析,供舱口盖建造人员参考。
简介:本文叙述24000DWT运木/散货船的5个设计特点。针对本船短而肥胖,将浮心位置大大前移,选择适宜丰满前体的球首,选择适宜瘦削后体的尾框架和尾球,使节能装置和舵球尽量靠近螺旋桨,以及低速大直径螺旋桨的设计,从而达到减小阻力,振动小,大大提高螺旋桨效率之目的。本船只设4个大开口长货舱。且No.2和No.3货舱没有带斜板的底边舱,这点不同于现有2万吨运木船。通过破舱稳性设计优化总体布置,通过纵横混合结构的优化组合和合理采用AH32高强度钢,使本船在钢料最省的前提下,达到装运谷物、木材、煤炭、矿石、水泥和卷筒钢板等要求,适用于铲车、抓斗作业以及间隔空舱、半舱、混装等复杂工况。并设计了一套结构简单,操作迅速方便,占面积小的可倒折叠式立柱。
