  • 简介:测量了Er3+YVO4晶体的吸收谱,得到Er3+离子在YVO4晶体中的光辐射特性。通过Dexter理论计算得到了4I13/2+4I13/2→4I9/2+4I15/2和4I11/2+4I11/2→4F7/2+4I15/2的交叉弛豫几率分别为P1=6.718×105s-1和P2=1.676×105s-1,同时建立了描述Er3+离子跃迁的动力学模型,利用速率方程讨论了P1、P2对1550nm荧光的影响。

  • 简介:Thispaperinvestigatesthetemperaturefielddistributionandthermalfocallengthwithinalaserdiodearray(LDA)end-pumpedYVO4/Nd:YVO4rectangularcompositecrystal.AgeneralexpressionofthetemperaturefielddistributionwithintheNd:YVO4rectangularcrystalwasobtainedbyanalysingthecharacteristicsoftheNd:YVO4crystalandsolvingthePoissonequationwithboundaryconditions.ThetemperaturefielddistributionsintheNd:YVO4rectangularcrystalfortheYVO4/Nd:YVO4compositecrystalandtheNd:YVO4singlecrystalareresearchedrespec-tively.CalculatingthethermalfocallengthwithintheNd:YVO4rectangularcrystalwasdonebyananalysisoftheadditionalopticalpathdifferences(OPD)causedbyheat,whichwasveryidenticalwithexperimentalresultsinthispaper.ResearchresultsshowthatthemaximumrelativetemperatureontherearfaceoftheNd:YVO4crystalinthecompositecrystalis150Kandthethermalfocallengthis35.7mmwhentheoutputpoweroftheLDAis22W.Inthesamecircumstances,theexperimentalvalueofthethermalfocallengthis37.4mm.Sotherelativeerrorbetweenthetheoreticalanalysisandtheexperimentalresultisonly4.5%.Withthesameconditions,thethermalfocallengthoftheNd:YVO4singlecrystalis18.5mm.SotherelativerateofthethermalfocallengthbetweentheYVO4/Nd:YVO4crystalandtheNd:YVO4crystalis93%.So,thethermalstabilityoftheoutputpowerandthebeamqualityoftheYVO4/Nd:YVO4laserismoreadvantageousthanthelaserwithNd:YVO4singlecrystal.

  • 简介:具有上转换功能的纯相Yb3+/Er3+共掺杂β-NaYF4上转换微米管通过水热法在180%下反应24小时得到。为更好地利用太阳能并提高降解有机物的光催化效率,尝试将Ti02与NaYF4进行复合,形成Ti02/NaYF4复合材料来对Ti02纳米颗粒进行改性。我们研究了三种不同的复合方法,并对其在太阳光下进行光催化降解罗丹明水溶液的效率进行测试分析。结果表明,Ti02纳米颗粒紧密复合在NaYF微米管表面的复合材料具有相对其他两种合成方法更佳的催化活性,并且比无复合的纯Ti02纳米颗粒的催化效率提高了两倍。催化效率的提高可能是由于在两相进行复合时,在复合界面形成了异质结,该异质结有利于太阳光的吸收和催化效率的提高。

  • 简介:YLiF4:Er3+wassynthesizedbyhydrothermalmethod.ConcentrationofEr3+ischangedfrom0to5%.TheabsorptionofEr3+inallsamplesfrom200to1200nmwasmeasuredatroomtemperature.TheJ-OparameterscalculatedfromabsorptionspectrumareΩ2=1.05×10-20cm2,Ω4=1.25×10-20cm2andΩ6=1.35×10-20cm2.Infrared-to-visibleupconversionemissionofYLiF4:Er3+wasobservedwhenexcitedby980nm.TheresultsshowthattheEr3+contentislessthan1.5%,excite-stateabsorptionisthemainmechanismofupconversionemission.WhenEr3+contentislargerthan1.5%,bothoftheexcite-stateabsorptionandenergytransferleadtotheupconversionluminescence.TheupconversionintensitywasenhancedwiththeincreasingofEr3+concentration.Atroomtemperature,thelifetimeof2H11/2and4S3/2is205μswhilethatof4F9/2is188μsforsampleEr-2.Thetransitionratesandquantumefficiencywerealsocalculated.Thequantumefficienciesof4S3/2and4F9/2are27.9%and10.7%,respectively.
