简介:Thenovelideathatspin-orbitcoupling(SOC)andans-wavepairingsystemcanleadtoinducedpwavepairingwithastrongmagneticlimit,hasstimulatedwidespreadinterestinsearchingforMajoranafermions(MFs)insemiconductor-superconductorhybridstructures.However,despitemajoradvancesinthesemiconductornanotechnology,thissystemhasseveralinherentlimitationsthatprohibittherealizationandidentificationofMFs.Weovercometheselimitationsbyreplacingthes-wavesuperconductorwiththetype-IIFulde-Ferrell(FF)superconductor,inwhichthecenter-of-massmomentumoftheCooperpairrenormalizesthein-planeZeemanfieldandchemicalpotential.Asaresult,MFscanberealizedinsemiconductornanowireswithsmallvaluesoftheLandég-factorandhighcarrierdensities.TheSOCstrengthdirectlyinfluencesthetopologicalboundary;thus,thetopologicalphasetransitionandassociatedMFscanbeengineeredbyanexternalelectricfield.Theoretically,almostallsemiconductornanowirescanbeusedtorealizeMFsbyusingtheFFsuperconductor.However,wefindthatInPnanowireismoresuitablefortherealizationofMFscomparedtoInAsandInSbnanowires.Thus,thisnewschemecantakefulladvantageofthesemiconductornanotechnologyfortherealizationofMFsinsemiconductor-superconductorhybridstructures.
简介:Anon-chip,highextinctionratiotransverseelectric(TE)-passpolarizerusingasiliconhybridplasmonicgratingisproposedandexperimentallydemonstrated.Utilizingplasmonicstomanipulatetheeffectiveindexandmodedistribution,thetransversemagneticmodeisreflectedandabsorbed,whiletheTEmodepassesthroughwithrelativelylowpropagationloss.Fora6-μm-longdevice,themeasurementresultshowsthattheextinctionratiointhewavelengthrangeof1.52to1.58μmvariesfrom24to33.7dBandtheinsertionlossis2.8–4.9dB.Moreover,thestructureexhibitslargealignmenttoleranceandiscompatiblewithsilicon-on-insulatorfabricationtechnology.

简介:摘要敌意收购在我国出现,一方面体现了我国资本市场在逐步走上和其他主要资本市场国家相似的轨道上来,另一方面呢也体现了我国对资本市场的逐步开放和认可。早在上个世纪的九十年代,敌意收购的在我国已经出现了一波风潮,此次万宝之争的出现再一次的将敌意收购和相关的制度研究摆在大众的视野之中,影响之大使得其后一系列的公司企图通过修改章程防止外来资本轻易的获取到整个购买公司的控制管理力,将其称为反收购措施。目前较为常用的反收购措施包括“董事提名权限制条款、金色降落伞、白衣骑士、交叉持股和交错董事‘等一系列的措施。但是由于我国对于反收购措施并没有一个明确的固定,目前涉及反收购措施的法律法规包括《公司法》、《证券法》以及《上市公司收购管理办法》,但是三者的对反收购措施的规定并没有一个明确的标准。本文将以“交错董事”作为研究对象,探讨交错董事作为一项反收购的策略是否具有其合法性。
简介:Nickel-TiO2hybridcatalystsaresynthesizedbyelectrodepositionandtheircatalyticactivitywithrespecttothehydrogenevolutionreactionisanalyzed.Twotypesoftitaniumoxideparticles,whicharecommercialparticlesofdenseTiO2andmesoporousTiO2particlessynthesizedbyanaerosolmethod,areincorporatedintothematrixofthenickelcatalyst.BothnickelcatalystscontainingTiO2particlespresentedhighercatalyticactivitythantheconventionalnickelWattscatalyst.MesoporousTiO2-modifiednickelcatalystshowedthehighestcatalyticactivitytowardsHERinalkalinemedium.Inaddition,thistypeofnickelcatalystincreasesitscatalyticactivityafterageingtreatment,whichisanindicationofanincreaseintheelectro-activeareaoftheelectrode.
