简介：Toinvestigatethehistologicalchangeandtheexpressionsofepidermalgrowthfactor(EGF)andepidermalgrowthfactorreceptor(EGFR)inatrophicgastricmucosainratssoastoappraisetheeffectoftheseregulatorsontheformationofatrophicgastritis,tostudytheexpressionsofEGFandEGFRinratswithchronicatrophicgastritis(CAG)aftertheirradiationofHe-Nelaser,andtoinvestigatetherelationsofHe-Nelaserandprecancerouslesionorapoptosis.Theratsweredividedintonormalgroup,modelgroupandlasergroup.ThemodelsofCAGratswereestablishedwithenemawhichwasthemixedliquorconsistedofsodiumsalicylateandalcohol,combinedwithirregularfastingandcompulsivesportingaspathogenicfactors.He-Nelaser(3.36J/cm2)wasusedtoirradiateCAGrats,onceadayfor7min,20daysasacourseoftreatment;theexpressionsofEGFandEGFRweredetectedwithimmunohistochemicalmethod.Duringtheprocessofantralatrophy,theexpressionsofEGFandEGFRincreased,theywerehigherinmodelgroupthanthoseinnormalgroup(P<0.05).AftertheirradiationofHe-Nelaser,theexpressionsofEGFandEGFRwereobviouslylowerthanthoseinmodelgroup(P<0.05).Wedrawtheconclusionasfollows:gastricmucosaofmodelratisinahyper-proliferationstatus,withhighproteinexpressionsofapoptosissuppressorEGFandEGFR.CAGhassomecorrelationwiththeimbalancebetweencellproliferationandapoptosis.He-Nelaser(3.36J/cm2)canreducetheexpressionsofEGFandEGFR,whichisaneffectivephysiostimulatortostimulatethegastricmucosaofrat.TheappropriatesecretionsofEGFandEGFRarepropitioustotherepairandregenerationforthegastricmucosatissues,thuspreventingCAGtocanceration.

简介：摘要目的观察聚肌胞注射液联合He-Ne激光照射治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法采取门诊确诊病例随机分组对照的方法。以肌肉注射聚肌胞注射液联合He-Ne激光照射与单纯肌肉注射聚肌胞注射液治疗带状疱疹进行比较。结果总有效率治疗组97.5%，对照组77.94%，两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论聚肌胞注射液联合He-Ne激光照射治疗带状疱疹总有效率高，能明显缩短病程，优于单纯肌注聚肌胞注射液对照组。
