简介:Inthisstudy,aerodynamicbehaviorsofsweptandleanedbladeswereinvestigated.Axialandtangentialbladecurvaturesimpactsoncompressor'soperatingparameterswereanalyzedseparately.AcommercialCFDprogramwhichsolvestheReynolds-averagedNavier-Stokesequationswasusedtofindoutthementionedimpactandthecomplicatedflowfieldoftransoniccompressor-rotors.TheCFDmethodthatwasusedforsolvingflowfield'sequationwasvalidatedbyexperimentaldataofNASARotor67.Theresultsshowedthatthecompressorwithcurvedrotorshadhigherefficiency,rotorpressureratioandstableoperatingrangecomparedtothecompressorwithun-curvedrotors.Usingcurvedrotorsmostlyhadhigherimpactontheoverallstableoperatingrangecomparedtotheotheroperatingparameters.Operatingrangeinvolveschokingpointandstallpointthatwerechangedseparatelybyusingofbendedblade.Forfindingthedetailedimpactofsweepandleanangleontransonicblades,variousformsofleanandsweepangleswereexertedtobasicrotor.Itwasfoundthatsweepanglesincreasedoveralloperatingrangeupto30%,efficiencyupto2%andpressureratioupto1%.Leaningthebladesincreasedthesafeoperatingrange,thepressureratioandefficiencyby14%,4%and2%respectively.

简介:Thispaperintroducesdecimatedfilterbanksfortheone-dimensionalempiricalmodedecomposition(1D-EMD).Thesefilterbankscanprovideperfectreconstructionandallowforanarbitrarytreestructure.SincetheEMDisadatadrivendecomposition,itisaveryusefulanalysisinstrumentfornon-stationaryandnon-linearsignals.However,thetraditional1D-EMDhasthedisadvantageofexpandingthedata.Largedatasetscanbegeneratedastheamountofdatatobestoredincreaseswitheverydecompositionlevel.The1D-EMDcanbethoughtashavingthestructureofasingledyadicfilter.However,amethodologytoincorporatethedecompositionintoanyarbitrarytreestructurehasnotbeenreportedyetintheliterature.Thispapershowshowtoextendthe1D-EMDintoanyarbitrarytreestructurewhilemaintainingtheperfectreconstructionproperty.Furthermore,thetechniqueallowsfordownsamplingthedecomposedsignals.Thispaper,thus,presentsamethodtominimizethedata-expansiondrawbackofthe1D-EMDbyusingdecimationandmergingtheEMDcoefficients.Theproposedalgorithmisapplicableforanyarbitrarytreestructureincludingafullbinarytreestructure.
简介:Theemergingperfect-absorbermetamaterials(PAMs)provideanalternativematerialapproachforthenextgenerationofelectromagneticdetectionatanyfrequencybandofinterest.Onetypeofdualcross-shapedPAMsisdevelopedtoobtainmultiplex-bandspectrumabsorptionatmid-infraredregion.Threedistinctabsorptionpeaksareattributedtothepolarizationsensitivityexcitationoftheplasmonicresonance.Thechargedensitydistributions,whichareexcitedbyresonantelectromagneticwavespassingthroughthePAMsmedium,provideinsightsintotheobservedabsorptionbehavior.WefindthattheretrievedopticalpropertiesofthePAMsincludingpermittivityandpermeabilityarestillconsistentwiththesumoftheDrudeandLorentztypemodelsatwavelengthsrangingfrom2.0to10.0mm.Suchmultiplex-bandabsorptionpropertiesenabletheproposedPAMsapowerfultoolforthedirectdetectionofmultiplemolecularvibrationalstructures,andformultiplespectrainfrareddetection.

简介:Aciladivaricata(Hinds,1843)andA.mirabilis(AdamsandReeve,1850)arecommonbenthicbivalvesinChina.Anumberofresearchershaveproposedthatthelatterspeciesisajuniorsynonymoftheformerspecies.Becauseofmorphologicalsimilarities,itisdifficulttodistinguishthesetwospeciesbasedonvisualexaminationonly.Forbetterunderstandingoftheirtaxonomy,themitochondrialCOIgenefragmentsoffiveindividualsofA.divaricatafromtheEastChinaSeaandsixindividualsofA.mirabilisfromtheYellowSeaweresequencedinthisstudy.ThephylogeneticrelationshipsoftheobtainedCOIsequences,togetherwithnineteensequencesofthreespeciesofthegenusNucula,wereanalyzed.Thepairwiseintra-andinter-specificdistancesfortheCOIsequencesrangedfrom0.002to0.017andfrom0.128to0.134,respectively,andnooverlapwasfound.Phylogenetically,A.divaricataandA.mirabilisformdistinctcladesandclusterintoasistertoallotherNuculaspecies.TheresultsindicatedthatA.divaricataandA.mirabilisaretwodistinctspecies.Thedifferencesinthemorphologyanddistributionbetweenthetwospecieswerebrieflydiscussed.
